This includes assessments, treatment planning and implementation, progress tracking, documentation, and communication—all while working under physicians' orders.
Responsibilities :
- Assess guests’ physical abilities and design individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote mobility, function, and overall well-being.
- Accurately document treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes using RehabOptima .
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Educate guests and families on therapeutic techniques for sustained results. Qualifications :
- Education :
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapists.
Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
