As a Restorative Aide , you will :

- Perform restorative programs as directed by therapists or nursing staff.
- Encourage and motivate residents to participate in activities to improve their mobility and independence.
- Document resident progress and communicate updates with the care team.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to create a supportive and uplifting environment.
