Project Manager – Wide Format
The Project Manager position works closely with our sales representatives and clients to understand their business needs and utilize our guidance and technologies to create unique client solutions and services.
Responsibilities
1. Utilize internal support structure to manage live projects.
2. Create or analyze estimate and job package for accuracy, design, production techniques and assessing production alternatives if necessary.
3. Act as the main point of contact and provide support directly to the project stakeholders.
4. Work with internal teams to gather requirements and drive deliverables and services for clients.
5. Create project plans and timelines in conjunction with external clients and internal managers.
6. Work with functional managers to schedule resource assignments.
7. Produce project documentation and conduct as-needed reviews for all projects.
8. Track and report progress against the timelines in the project plans.
9. Utilize internal systems for the management, tracking, and execution of projects.
10. Work with Sales to support sales initiatives and new business opportunities.
11. Ensure all deadlines are met, all client communications are accurate and timely, and all projects are completed on budget, on spec and on brand.
12. Adhere to Sandy Alexander's quality and environmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives and comply with all safety and work rules when performing duties.
13. Complete and maintain all required checklists, paperwork, records, documents, etc., and maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
Skills and Qualifications
· Five years’ experience in successful project management.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to lead meetings with client representatives and internal team members.
· Proven ability to create collaborative working environments.
· Ability to coordinate deliverables in a cross-functional environment.
· Experience with web-based project management and collaboration tools.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
