Location: Brattleboro, VT- In Person

Salary: $14.00-16.00 Depending on Experience

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am-12:30pm

Experience Level: 5 Years of Licensed Driving Experience / Customer Service experience preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and dropping off Auto Parts along assigned routes and schedules. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high safety standards and follow all safety policies.
• Make multiple daily stops in a fast-paced environment.
• Know the city and operate a manual transmission vehicle if needed.
• Comply with all state and federal driving laws.
• Verify and deliver correct parts to the right locations.
• Handle COD orders, returns, and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Use NAPA Delivery Tracker tablet.
• Secure company assets and assist with in-store tasks when necessary.
• Participate in required training and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure timely deliveries and effective communication.
• Report issues promptly and apologize to customers if needed.
• Address additional customer needs and thank them for their business.
• Maintain a pleasant demeanor and adhere to company policies and appearance standards.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and perform routine maintenance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• MUST HAVE Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., handle cash transactions, and process returns.
• Maintain a distribution log for all deliveries/pickups.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
