Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician in Bemidji, MN
- The department consists of nine physicians and two advanced practice providers
- Practice options: outpatient only, outpatient with the option to follow your inpatients, OB
- Established hospitalist program
- Shared nursing home call with FM and IM
- Integrated behavioral health therapist and community health worker available
- Multi-specialty clinic
- 118 bed hospital, 10 bed ICU
- Level III trauma center
- ER volumes- 27,000 annually
