Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join staff of the Sanford Clinic in Mahnomen, Minnesota.
- Mahnomen Health Center and Nursing Home is a community hospital currently managed by Sanford Health Fargo and is an active NHSC site.
- The hospital is licensed for 18 beds & the nursing home for 48.
- The Center is a Level IV trauma facility with an ambulance service.
- Typically, providers round on hospital patients and either see clinic patients or cover ER/urgent care.
- 2 to 3 providers in the clinic see 30-40 patients per day.
- During the week, the average ER volumes are 8 in a 24-hour period
- The average census in the hospital is 1.5
Compensation Package
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $255,568 - $330,735 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
