Sanford Health is currently seeking a BC/BE Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon. Sanford Health is the largest rural, not-for-profit health care system in the nation and the largest employer in the Dakotas.
- Sanford’s Orthopedic Department is comprised of 21 orthopedic/hand physicians (plus 5 Podiatrists) and 22 APPs (plus 1 Podiatry APP) practicing in a 30,000 square foot orthopedic clinic.
- Orthopedic specialty hospital with 10 ORs, 36 exam rooms, dedicated inpatient orthopedic unit; full radiology support, over 9800 surgeries annually
- Comprehensive Therapy services
- Majority of primary total joints are same day. Navigation and Robotic surgery available.
- Level 1 trauma center located 4 miles from Orthopedic Center with 3 fellowship trained Ortho trauma surgeons (opportunity for traumaplasty cases)
- Comprehensive Multidisciplinary support at both campuses.
- Large referral network within and outside the enterprise
- Orthopedic Surgery residency program; teaching opportunities available
