Resort Grounds and Facilities Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Resort Grounds and Facilities Manager to join our team at Sanibel-Captiva Beach Resorts. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our properties through routine maintenance and repairs.

You will conduct building maintenance repairs, perform daily inspections to ensure resort grounds and facilities are clean and well-maintained, and provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents. You will also assist with site setups to ensure timely arrivals and departures of resort guests and residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to facilities as needed
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure resort grounds and facilities are clean and well-maintained
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous maintenance resort experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair work
• Ability to endure seasonal temperatures
• Valid driver's license
• General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance
• Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Basic computer proficiency
