What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food and Beverage Supervisor position at Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort and Spa?
Our guests can enjoy a casual meal in Tarpon House Restaurant or Courtside Steakhouse, have drinks and tapas either in Charley's Cabana Bar or Cove Pool Bar/Restaurant, or have a romantic sunset cruise in our Sanibel Harbour Princess Yacht. - Supervision of staff- train, schedule and meet the needs of the daily tasks.
- Ensures the associates have the tools needed to perform their job.
- Actively communicates with the back of the house for smooth operation of the restaurant
- Reports any safety or health concerns
- Assists guests with questions, concerns or needs
- Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed
