GENERAL SUMMARY (Describe the overall duties and responsibilities of the job) :
1.Responsible for helping to maintain accurate inventory.
2.Responsible for cycle counting material daily.
1.Responsible for helping to maintain accurate inventory by performing constant cycle counts of material per the assigned schedule (finished, WIP and raw);
by analyzing and reporting cycle count findings to management; and by maintaining appropriate cycle count paperwork. 55%
2.Supports the production department by performing floor inventory adjustments to ensure accurate inventory is sustained. 45%
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those needed to perform the essential functions of the job).
1.Effective communication skills
2.Solid basic math skills
3.Time management skills; ability to prioritize work tasks
4.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, procedures and policies.
5.Understanding and adherence to Sanoh America’s company policies and safety procedures, specifically the ability to pass forklift safety and obtain license.
6.Ability to use a handheld Radio Frequency (RF) system
7.Solid computer skills, specifically the ability to use the inventory control system and MS-Office Excel

Failure to perform accurate transactions could result in under or overstated inventory levels resulting in inaccurate data reported on the financials thus resulting in over or understated profit therefore affecting the future of the business.
2. Supports the production department by performing floor inventory adjustments to ensure accurate inventory is sustained Ensuring that floor inventory transactions are accurate is critical to maintaining inventory and the success of the business.

WORKING CONDITIONS (Describe the environment within which the work is performed).
1.Production floor environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1.Able to travel within the manufacturing area via main aisle ways with periodic entry to tight spaces for detail equipment review.
2.Full range of motion including the ability bend, stoop, lift up to 30 lbs and push / pull up to 50 lbs.
3.Ability to work overtime of varying levels.
