Job Title : Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Location : Fridley, MN

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM

We have partnered with a local manufacturing company as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. Serve as the first point of contact for the office, deliver excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and support administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist visitors, answer calls / emails.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Manage office supplies and assist with event logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external contacts.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma (Associate’s preferred).
  • Experience in administrative or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • AP / AR data entry experience preferred but not required.
  • Work Environment :

    Office setting with some exposure to manufacturing conditions.
