Sansone Group, a full service commercial and residential firm in Clayton, is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment complex in Joplin/Webb City area. Prior experience in residential maintenance required. Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to interact with tenants and vendors, good problem solving skills, basic computer knowledge, and ability to work on call hours.
