What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coach position at Santa Fe Christian Schools?
Santa Fe Christian Schools is seeking Coaches for a variety of Middle and Upper School sports teams.
Coaches will assist with conducting practices, motivating student-athletes, and instructing athletes in meet strategies and techniques. It is our desire that our entire SFC athletic community: coaches, players, and parents participate in a way that honors God and conveys a positive witness to those around us.

Qualifications
• Believer in Jesus Christ
• Agree with and affirm the SFC Statement of Faith
• Agree with and affirm the SFC Declaration of Ethical and Moral Integrity
• Have a passion to disciple students through athletics
• Prior coaching experience preferred
• BA/BS a plus
• High energy level
• Time management skills
