What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Assembler position at Santa Fe Water Systems?

Position Responsibilities :

Read and understand mechanical drawings and piping schematics and layout drawings.
Read Bill of Materials and identify all components.
Build PVC pipe spools from Shop Drawings.
Use measuring device to lay out instrument panels and install components per project design.
Use wrenches, socket sets, drills, taps, punches an saws for basic fabrication.
Mount components to panels and enclosures for electrical integration.
Hydro-test systems for leaks.
Package, box, and label parts for final Quality Control and shipment to customer.

Qualifications :

Interest in learning about packaged Skid Systems and building a strong career at a successful company

Prior mechanical assembly experience and ability to read piping diagrams is preferred but not required

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management & clients.

Must be able to handle multiple tasks, have excellent attention to detail, and be willing and able to learn new technologies quickly.

Hourly wage is $18-25 DOE
