Santa Rosa Veterinary Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Hospital Administrator to join our team! We are seeking servant leaders with proven success in people and business management, who share our growth mindset and drive to create outstanding team culture.

In this role, you will collaborate with our Medical Director to support the practice day to day, manage and mentor the team, and grow the business through marketing initiatives and optimizing operations. Candidates who have the skillset and experience to assist at the front desk and with nursing duties are highly preferred.

This is a full-time salaried position with a Monday - Friday schedule.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of veterinary supervisor or veterinary management experience
• Experience managing the development and growth of teams
• Demonstrates emotional intelligence and strong conflict management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft suite and various practice management systems
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets such as inventory, revenue, and payroll
• Current RVT license or Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substance Permit
