We are looking for an energetic, positive FOH Manager to join our team!
The Manager should possess excellent communication skills and always appear calm and composed - especially in high pressure situations. They are expected to appear polished and professional always yet approachable to team members and guests. This person should believe in leading by example; having a positive influence on team member behavior and team member morale by being a natural leader while still acting as a team player. The Manager is responsible for overall management of the restaurant. Ensuring team member positivity, quality of service and guest satisfaction is always the top priority.

- Team Building and Positivity
- Report/Communicate Directly to/with General Manager, Executive Chef, Sous Chef
- Assist/Lead On-Going Training for Team Members
- Prime Costs, Prime Costs, Prime Costs
- Preventive Equipment Maintenance and Overall Kitchen Sanitation – Equipment Schedules and Cleaning Schedules Posted and Executed
- Maintain Health Code Regulations and Pass Inspections, Train Team to Follow Regulations
- Follow and Enforce Company Policies, Procedures, and Expectations (Company Handbook)
- Assist Corporate Executives, General Manager, and Chefs with Annual Planning
- Food Manager Certified, Continued Education-Online, Books, Magazines, Tradeshows, Seminars
- Organization of the Back of the House – Sanitation, Inventory/Product Storage, Order Forms, Invoices, Etc.
- Accurate & On-Time Ordering with All Vendors
- Team Member Scheduling
- Inventory Front/Back of the House – weekly, monthly
- Attend Weekly Management Meetings Every Tuesday
- Be On-Time for Scheduled Shifts and Clock-In
- Must be able to frequently stand, walk, view computer monitors, give and receive oral communication, bend, squat, and reach above shoulder level
- Must be able to occasionally sit and type
- Must be able to regularly lift/carry up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to do repetitive simple grasping, fine manipulation, and pushing and pulling on a frequent basis
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to extreme temperature changes
