Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Snow Plow Driver to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible roadways during winter weather conditions. Responsibilities
- Operate snow plow trucks and related equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and driveways efficiently and safely
- Perform routine inspections of plow vehicles to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed to prevent ice formation and improve traction
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of plow vehicles and tools
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding route progress and any issues encountered during snow removal operations
- Assist with other landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, tree trimming, mowing, or gardening during off-season periods if required
- Follow all safety protocols related to vehicle operation, machinery use, and outdoor work environments
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record suitable for operating large vehicles or trucks
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and repair is preferred
- Experience with landscaping, lawn care, or landscape maintenance including use of hand tools, power tools, excavators, or irrigation systems is advantageous
- Familiarity with snow plowing equipment and techniques is highly desirable
- Knowledge of horticulture, hardscape installation, tree care, or tree trimming can be beneficial for seasonal duties
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions during winter months
- Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to operate machinery responsibly
- Physical stamina to handle long hours outdoors and perform manual tasks as needed

Pay: $27.00 - $47.00 per hour
