THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ASSISTED LIVING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/ADMINISTRATOR LICENSE IN EITHER OREGON OR WASHINGTON.
JOB SUMMARY:
A Regional Director of Sapphire Health Services is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of our Community Based Care locations. This position will foster an environment where staff is supported, engaged and motivated to deliver the highest level of care to our residents. A Community Care Based Regional Director of Operations will oversee the implementation of policies and ensure the facility remains compliant with state, federal and local agencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrates leadership and establishes a positive culture of employee engagement
- Oversee and delegate responsibilities to appropriate personnel/departments in their buildings
- The Regional Director of Operations will partner with the RNC to achieve census expectations
- Ensure facility maintenance is managed and sustained within their region
- Overall management of facility budget, including training for department at your buildings
- Follow Sapphire policies and procedures
- Attend meetings as required
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Oregon and/or Washington Executive Director License
