Sapphire Nursing at Meadow Hill , a premier long term skilled nursing facility located in Orange County , New York has immediate openings for LPN’s . We are looking for individuals who desire a worthwhile career that has purpose and makes a meaningful difference in someone’s life . Under supervised professional and skilled guidance, our LPN’ s give direct nursing care to assigned residents and perform other services necessary for their personal and comforts needs. Shifts available : Full-time evenings, nights and weekends.
Responsibilities :
- Delivers nursing care in structured & routine situations.
- Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
- Prepares for and assists Nurses and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
Reinforces, supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
