- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools: LoadRunner, JMeter, BlazeMeter
- Proficiency in monitoring tools: Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms: AWS and Azure
- Technical expertise in Java and .NET applications
- Requirements Gathering & Validation:
- Collaborate with business teams to gather and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
- Identify business-critical scenarios and validate them against production usage or defined performance criteria.
- Performance Test Planning & Execution:
- Develop comprehensive performance test plans including monitoring strategies.
- Monitor application server metrics using APM tools like Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, and Splunk.
- Benchmarking & Analysis:
- Compare current application performance against production SLAs and previous releases.
- Conduct baseline tests for migration projects and validate against benchmark criteria before production rollout.
- Performance Engineering:
- Perform early performance testing and monitoring.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for performance defects and provide tuning recommendations.
- Support performance lifecycle testing (PLT) requests as per agreed count.
