Behavioral Health Assessment
Job Summary
Provides psychosocial assessment for psychiatric and dual disorder patients and contributes to diagnosis and the interdisciplinary team plan. Provides counseling, psychotherapy and educational services for patients and family members. Plans and completes discharge/aftercare plans to address individual patient needs. Adheres to established standards of care in order to assure the effective accomplishment of the multidisciplinary psychiatric care service.
Required Qualifications
- Require Florida licensure as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
- Require a Master's degree in psychiatric related field.
- Require two (2) years of experience in psychiatric related setting.
- Require the ability to obtain a level 2 AHCA clearance.
