Our dedicated and hard-working Maintenance Technicians provide safe and functional homes, grounds, and offices for our individuals and the employees who support them. This job gives you the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks from building garden boxes, delivering furniture, repairing a bed, and ensuring all appliances are working to basic maintenance of HVAC systems. We are looking for Maintenance Technicians who are:
- Experienced in maintenance, repairs, and general troubleshooting and problem solving
- Reliable in their work
- Flexible to work in various work settings and on a variety of tasks
- Team oriented

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, New York State Driver’s license (No DWI/DWAI less than 5 years). Related experience preferred.
