What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Home Sales Consultant position at Saratoga Homes?
Saratoga Homes is a privately/family owned Top 100 Home Builder and we are looking to grow our sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote, market, network, sell and close newly constructed homes and homes under construction
- Develop new and maintain existing relationships with Realtors
- Maintain backlog of prospects by calling, e-mailing and sending letters
Requirements:

Regular Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Days off are either Tuesday & Wednesday or Thursday & Friday
Training:
- Training consist of 21 days straight with no days off.
- Training and interview is conducted in our 20432 Shelduck Dr. Pflugerville TX 78660.
Training hours are:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday- 9:00AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday- 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
