About the Role : We are seeking Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our team at VAMC in Wichita, Kansas in a full-time capacity.Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalency is preferred
- CNA certification from the state of Kansas is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Must have a minimum of six months experience
- Have Hospital and / or public intermediate care facility experienceResponsibilities :
- Provide direct, basic care and supervision to patients and residents at public intermediate care facilities or other treatment facilities
- Perform location checks, both observing and monitoring
