This Position:
- Handle membership additions/deletions.
- Shampooing Clients
- Providing preparatservices
- Cleaning and preparing stations
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Book and manage appointments.
- Provide facility tours to prospective members/sales presentations.
- Assist with the development of promotional materials to generate prospects, member introductory packet.
- Upselling and cross selling of retail products and services.
- Ensure the desk and surrounding area is safe, clean and orderly.
- Organization and preparatory assignments.
