PROPERTY ASSOCIATE - COMMERCIAL DIVISION
Job Summary:The Property Associate is a support position that provides administrative and operational support to the Assistant Vice President, Regional Manager, and/or Property Manager for assigned property portfolio.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:• Schedules vendor repairs with tenants as needed.• Tracks tenant insurance certificates and request new/revised certificates as needed. File appropriately.• Tracks vendor insurance certificates and request new/revised certificates as needed. File appropriately.• Completes information requests from Lord Green.• Updates Energy Star information monthly.• Prepares and mails rent statements.• Prepares tenant survey reports.• Organizes electronic filing system.• Tracks and schedules backflow certification.• Tracks and follows up as necessary on business licenses.• Assists with vouchering expenses when needed.• Prepares letters and notices to tenants.• Prepares vendor service agreements.• Tracks AQMD permits.• Updates and creates new procedure manuals as necessary. • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:• At least four years of related experience and an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance. • Knowledge of JD Edwards and/or Yardi accounting software. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word programs.
Salary range is $30.29-$37.50/hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
