Responsibilities
- Coordinate/Manage the S&L engineering design of complex repair and restoration projects at nuclear facilities
- Developing and managing schedules in collaboration with project teams and client leadership
- Providing strong leadership and supervision to project teams (including project engineers and designers) in support of construction activities
- Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects
- Ability to work with in the Protected Area (PA) with unescorted access
- Demonstrated capability to successfully support the management of large construction projects
- Identify & recommend enhancements to designs and ensure constructability and sensibility of in-process designs through past construction experience
- Participate in design and constructability walk downs during the design process
- Act as the focal point during the implementation of projects performed for nuclear plant outages or during online periods
Qualifications

- 10 years of construction field engineering experience is required
- Minimum 5 years working in a nuclear facility
- Previous experience constructing projects in the nuclear power and energy industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of and experience with nuclear facility construction Project Support
- Knowledge of and experience with nuclear safety including technical safety requirements, processes and reporting requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Expert PC skills including Microsoft applications
