Part-Time Office Assistant Responsibilities:
· Filing: organize and maintain physical files.
· Phones: answer incoming calls, take messages, direct callers to the appropriate contact or department
· Copying: photocopy documents as needed
· Mail Sorting: sort incoming mail, deliver to the appropriate department
· Payment Processing: accept payments for sewer and garbage accounts.
· Typing (Microsoft Word): perform basic word processing tasks using Microsoft Word.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Computer Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Word
· Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
· Ability to multitask and work independently.
· Must Pass: background and drug screens
· Schedule: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
· Hourly Rate: $12.00 hr.
· Start Date: ASAP
