Responsibilities
- conduct legal research
- provide legal counsel in congestion with senior colleagues
- Negotiate on behalf of the clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records
- Maintain litigation files
- Prepare legal documents, motions and pleadings
- Conduct depositions, arbitrations ans trials
- Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants
Qulifications
Salary : $85,000 - $140,000
