Job Description
In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, meeting shoppers' needs by:
- Building displays and end caps
- Resetting shelves with product rotation
- Tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities
You'll be part of a network of 65,000 teammates serving 4,000 brands and retail customers across 40 countries. We promote from within and offer training and team support to help you succeed.
As a Merchandise Associate, you'll have additional hours available upon request and enjoy benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and wellness programs.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- 18 years or older
- Physically able to perform tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- A motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Successful team building skills
- A safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Salary : $15,000 - $25,000
