About This Role
In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, meeting shoppers' needs by:
- Building displays and end caps
- Resetting shelves with product rotation
- Tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities
You'll also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. You must also be able to perform physical work, move around the store, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements include:
- Being 18 years or older
- Having reliable transportation to and from work
- Having 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Having experience leading and training people
- Using a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- Demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Being a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Working independently, but also possessing successful team building skills
- Performing job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
