Retail Merchandiser Peer Trainer

This role provides in-store merchandising support to Retailers, building displays and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You'll also support leadership with onboarding new hires and training team members.

About you:

• You're comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• You can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• You have reliable transportation to and from work location
• You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• You're a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• You work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• You have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
