In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. You will also support leadership with onboarding new hires, training & coaching team members.

About You
- You are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- You are 18 years or older
- You can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
- You have reliable transportation to and from work location
- You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- You are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- You work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- You have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Salary : $20,000 - $50,000
