SAP Plan to Produce Lead/Project Manager

Sauder is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Consultant/Project Manager with a specialized focus on the Plan to Produce business processes. This includes Sales & Operations Planning, Core Manufacturing, and Warehousing. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our talented team of Business Systems Consultants, tasked with driving technology solutions and coordinating technology projects and support activities related to the Plan to Produce area This individual should have strong experience in the following SAP S4/HANA Modules: SAP IBP (S&OP, Forecasting & Demand, Inventory Planning, etc.), SAP embedded PPDS, SAP PP, SAP eWM, SAP IM, SAP MM, etc.    The position reports to the IT Director of Business Systems.   This role offers a hybrid arrangement, with an agreed-upon portion of work time spent at our office in Archbold, Ohio.   Key Responsibilities   Business Systems Consulting Serves as primary contact/support for the following key SAP systems: Demand Planning, Safety Stock Planning, Production Planning, Shopfloor Production Order Execution, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Capacity Planning, Production Labeling, Work Center Performance, Machine Control Systems, Integration with Electrical Engineering applications to support Manufacturing, etc.  Facilitates business process improvement and redesign. Stays abreast of industry standards, ‘best of breed’ process practices.  Builds a strong working relationship with business partners. Works with business leaders and acts as a liaison between IT and business units   Project Management Coordinates, as needed, the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization, within a specific business function. Demonstrates expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process management and business systems requirements definition.   Business Systems Analysis and Applications Support Performs, as needed, analysis and design activities. Develops and sells ideas conceptually as well as through prototypes. Learns customer business and their needs with the intent of guiding and supporting them in their use of computer technologies.   Development Involved in various levels of technical activities  Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in related field Minimum of 5-7 years applicable experience Proficiency with SAP S4/HANA is required and experience with modules listed above preferred   Experience with SAP S4HANA in a large manufacturing environment preferred Effective communicator, skilled at managing business partnerships Ability to handle multiple projects at once Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship   PAY SUMMARY Expected Offer: $98,000 - $130,000/year. The actual salary will be based on factors such as relevant experience and skills. The max salary listed is not the top of the salary band.
