Job Description
$750 Sign-On Bonus
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for customer order entry, communication with customers on any delivery changes, handling customer comments and communication with various departments to provide best in class quality customer service
We are looking for a team player who can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with critical thinking skills

Work schedule:
7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday thru Friday
Responsibilities

  • Works closely with Sales, Production Management, Transportation, and Shipping to assure all aspects of customer satisfaction. Communicates with team members of changes or special requests.
  • Informing customers of delivery changes, product quantity modifications when needed and assists with price and product communications.
  • Identifying, communication and escalation of customer complaints or concerns through to resolution.
  • Account Management: This includes obtaining orders via phone, product inquiries, receiving and confirming faxed or emailed purchase orders and EDI order validation.
  • Maintain Daily customer order entry and order cut offs with supporting reports to key departments
  • Delivery ticket confirmation
  • Accurate data entry

Qualifications
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer interaction skills
Close attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and assist with decisions that effect an outcome
Strong work ethics, expedite reliability and flexibility for the customer service team
Superior Efficient & Effective follow up skills to management and other teams departments
Learning & understanding of other departmental operations
Basic Computer experience -Word-Excel-Ovo operating system & Customer Database
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable and dependable
