Responsibilities:
- Contact patients to process incoming referrals
- Schedule appointments according to provider availability and referral requirements
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information
- Respond to patient inquiries related to scheduling and referrals
- Document all patient interactions accurately in the system
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and phone skills
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high call volumes and multiple tasks
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
- Prior medical office, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
