Saving Grace offers a comprehensive rewards/benefit package for all positions that are 20 hour a week or more. Our full time work week is 35 hours per week. Saving Grace is seeking a Development Director to lead our Development Team. This position will Develop and execute Saving Grace’s annual fundraising, marketing, and social media strategies. They will oversee the Development Team in developing and nurturing relationships with donors, subscribers, volunteer fundraisers, media, and nonprofit partners. The Development Director will secure financial support from individuals, businesses, foundations, and groups. They will oversee organization of events, open houses, presentations, awareness campaigns, canvassing, e-news, media releases, media events, and website. The successful candidate will be an experienced grant writer and outstanding public speaker.
Position is full time, 35 hours per week, $65,000/yr depending on experience, plus generous rewards/benefit package.
