What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Sawtech USA?
Manufacturer in New Castle looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper/office administrator on a part time-basis. Ideal candidate will have an associate degree and 3 or more years of bookkeeping experience to include QuickBooks (desktop and online versions). Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Full cycle processing of accounts payable and expenses
processing of orders and invoicing customers
Management of payroll processing system, including payroll tax returns
Manage and update website on wordpress
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Castle, PA 16101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
