Title: Senior Product Lead – Digital Health

Location: Bloomfield, CT (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Confidential (Healthcare Provider) || $80/hr C2C (All-Inclusive)

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10 years in Product Management
• Proven success launching new products in matrixed organizations
• Strong understanding of Data Architecture and Backend Services
• Familiarity with HIPAA, FDA regulations, and healthcare interoperability
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement

Must-Haves:

• 5 years of Healthcare experience with strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory/privacy requirements.
• 7 years of enterprise Product Management experience—specifically building net-new digital health products (not enhancements to existing tools).
• Experience working across both experience product teams (UX/UI) and platform teams (backend, infrastructure).

• Seeking a Senior Product Lead to bring a brand-new digital health product to life from the ground up.
• The foundational strategy and key features are defined—your mission is to drive execution, cross-functional alignment, and create a seamless, scalable user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate development across multiple teams (design, engineering, platform).
• Transform strategic vision into tangible, scalable product experiences.
• Identify reusable components and build where gaps exist.
• Lead iterative product development cycles and MVP delivery.
• Ensure alignment between UX/UI and backend architecture.
• Define KPIs and success metrics; use data to guide product evolution.
• Ensure HIPAA, HITECH, FDA compliance and readiness.
