Job Description
Sayre Health Care Center is seeking a Part-Time RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and support quality resident care during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for clinical oversight, staff support, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
Available Shifts
- 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts
- Ensure high-quality resident care and safety
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
- Respond to clinical issues and provide leadership support
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
