The forklift operator works to continuously improve the quality of processes in the areas of storage, shipping, receiving, and overall organization/sanitation of the distribution center.
Bio: Operators utilize a forklift, the RF WMS system and manual labor to receive, store, maintain, pick, and load products all while ensuring safety is paramount while performing their work responsibilities.

(4) Environmental and Safety Regulatory & Legal Compliance
Role: Team Member
Detailed Role: Perform job in a responsible manner and in compliance with Company procedures and applicable rules. Ensure that if tasks take you into an area other than the DC to abide by other area or job specific
regulations. Be prepared to make suggestions which may help continuously improve these areas.

Detailed Role: Improve at least one skill each year as agreed with supervisor. Operators must continuously improve their abilities to use a forklift, the RF WMS system and manual labor to receive, store, maintain, pick, and load products. Deliver on performance against outcomes.

Detailed Role: Develop the skills needed to attain the desired career path within the organization. Individuals are responsible for identifying their own career goals and communicating same to their supervisor.
(8) Continuous Process Improvement

Indicators. Actively engage in keeping work area and facility grounds up to the established standards.
Performance will be measured by KPIs and the BPTW surveys. New products are developed, produced and shipped on schedule, in full and meet agreed upon quality standards.
