Your Next Career Opportunity – Helpdesk Intern

Support the office in general. Implement administrative policies alone or with other team members, performing the following duties.

• Assist users with technical PC and mobile-related issues.
• Answer calls and log user issues within the IT Database.
• Install and configure Microsoft Windows on PC hardware.
• Assist the desktop support team with various issues.
• Configuration and set up of locally and remotely deployed equipment.
• Assist with hardware inventory-related activities.
• Hardware-related Break-Fix on Lenovo products.
• Packing and shipping of equipment as needed.
• Virus-related support and removal as necessary.
• Other general desktop support-related activities.
• Assist with moving IT equipment for employee moves.
  
  

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

H.S. Diploma/GED plus College Degree-seeking student; or recent graduate and <1 year relevant experience.
