The Senior Director of Operations, Transitions will be responsible for directing and supporting the company’s transition of new and expanded accounts to ensure business controls are maintained, operations and transition managers are supported, and client expectations are met. At the direction of the EVP and in coordination with the Vice Presidents of Operations provide strategic leadership in the onboarding of new accounts to meet company objectives.

At the direction of the EVP and in coordination with the Vice Presidents of Operations provide strategic leadership in the onboarding of new accounts to meet company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Direct activity and communications with operations leadership regarding all active transitioning accounts
- Direct and ensures open communications between operations teams and corporate departments
- Assess progress and performance of new accounts; coordinate direction in conjunction with regional operations leadership
- Identify problem areas and coordinate with Vice Presidents of Operations and corporate department leadership to resolve
- Create and maintain tracking systems for new accounts as they are won through completion of transitionary period (30 days of service or beyond as needed)
- Ensure the timely development and effective implementation of transition policies, procedures and programs
- Monitor and manage transition budgets to ensure financial efficiency, including reviewing and approving travel expenses, and implementing cost control measures
- Ensure adherence to travel expense policies by all transition support staff, providing training and guidance as necessary
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on a weekly basis
- Conduct regular audits and collaborate with finance and regional operations leadership to reconcile budgets and identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements
- Periodic travel to transition sites to assess and validate performance
- Coordinate and moderate meetings with multiple stakeholders
- Direct and allocate resources to adequately support field operations
- Create tools and processes to support continuous improvement
- Develop KPI’s and report to EVP on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Assess and monitor quality systems compliance and adherence to company objectives
- Stay current with industry processes, trends and equipment technology
- Roughly 75% travel required
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 10 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to travel 75% of time

Salary : $165,000 - $175,000
