The Job
Supports administrative needs of the professional and facility credentialing teams.
You Will
- Monitors inboxes, files and/or distributes emails appropriately.
- Uploads referrals to CVO.
- Provides administrative support to quality committee meetings including submission of payment requests to external physicians.
- Maintains tracking logs, individual provider credentialing files, manages terminations.
- Assists with review, revision and development of Policies and Procedures.
- Participates and represents SCAN in industry collaborative focus groups.

- Other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
- 1-2 years Health Plan or related experience.
- Basic technical skills for functional area
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing
- Ability to multitask, work independently and with minimal supervision.
