- Monitor and document vital signs and changes in client health status.
- Provide patient observation to ensure safety and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental well-being.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs as required.
- Administer first aid when necessary and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Skills
- Experience in meal preparation for individuals with specific dietary requirements.
- Background in nursing home or long-term care environments is preferred.
