Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for completing all training exercises in the apprentice lab with quality and in a timely professional manner
- Requires a highly motivated individual who is willing to learn and apply acquired skills
- Demonstrate interest in a career in skilled trades
Your Qualifications
- Pursuing High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical and/or Electrical aptitude and knowledge
- Hands-on learner
- Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
- Positive work ethic
- Problem solving skills
Our Offering
The Pre-Apprenticeship program is Ohio State Certified through Apprentice Ohio. At the completion of the program, the Pre-Apprentice can receive credit for successfully completed on the job training (OJT) requirements towards the Schaeffler Apprenticeship Program.
