Your Key Responsibilities

• Carry out supplier quality activities of supplied products and supplier quality issues in the plant within the order fulfillment process.
• Support advanced quality planning with suppliers during product development process, with specific consideration for cost efficiency and producibility.
• In series production, execute supplier evaluation, manage supplier process changes, and initiate and coordinate corrective actions, to sustainably ensure quality agreed.
• Drive the sampling inspection process and decide acceptance or rejection of samples provided.
• Coordinate series production claim management and act as escalation instance to agree on remedial action plans until successful completion.
• Train suppliers to ensure adherence to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) requirements as agreed.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field and 1 year of experience.
• Automotive manufacturing experience.
• IATF 16949, ISO, and AIAG Quality System knowledge and experience.
• SAP knowledge and experience.
• Experienced in working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent Personal Computer (PC) skills.
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

• Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000
• Hiring Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $1000 after 180 days
