Responsible for performing all duties to maintain kitchen work areas. cleaning, washing, and ensuring sanitation of all restaurant dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Assist waitstaff and buspersons in clearing and resetting tables if needed. Must be available to work evenings and weekends
