Salary Range: $27.00 - $30.00

The Crew Leader is responsible for managing a crew and installing windows and siding products with a high level of quality and efficiency to meet company standards and production expectations. Ideal candidates will have experience in related field or in the following areas: carpentry window and/or siding installation using metal brake trim work caulking ladder/scaffolding work.
Crew Leader Responsibilities:
- Directing production on each job site
- Providing training to installation workers
- Communicating with management and project coordinators
- Providing excellent customer service to each homeowner
Qualifications
Requirements:
- NYS Driver License
- Clear background check
YOU DO NOT NEED:
- A diploma
- CDL or forklift license
- Any specialty certifications
Pay: up to $30 per hour depending on experience.
Salary : $27 - $30
