ECOM Dropship Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide a world-class level of customer service to teammates and scheels.com customers
• Strong grasp of Scheels OMS functions and reporting
• Learning basic EDI documentation and managing/understanding backend software structures
• High-level attention to detail and regular input for accurate product data
• Garnerning vendor support for all brand/products assets from images, to copy, to product

• Daily monitoring of vendor/brand marketing efforts to support competitive pricing for Scheels, and understanding/supporting the invoice process

• Execute projects to routinely complete the task ahead of schedule, and update over an system’s lifespan

• Understanding of scheels.com order fulfillment processes and logistics/supply chain systems

• Learn the ability to be organized and seamlessly handle several projects and tasks and work at “the Scheels pace”

• Ability to work independently and with the team, becoming more and more self-managed

• Strong initiative for continuous improvement

Education & Experience:

• Ideal candidate will have an interest in obtaining an Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field
• Retail experience is beneficial, but not required

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
